My Journey Into Menopause (so far!)
From Fog to Passing UK Bar Exams
I've experienced battling brain fog, feeling disconnected and grappled with 'uncontrollable' weight gain and 24/7 hot flashes. I was looking for a magic solution through supplements, alternative healing and eventually succumbing to hormone replacement therapy (and out again). Somehow, while stumbling alone over these hurdles, I started to educate myself and see things a bit more clearly - that there were more options, more than I was first told about, including that there is a thriving life even if you roll off hormone therapy (to eventually passing UK Bar exams).
Menopause is not an affliction, nor is it a label that defines you.
